Title: Recruitment Co-ordinator

Atlantic Resourcing currently has two vacancies for  Recruitment Co-ordinators, one in the Drilling Team and one in the Marine Team  to join the team based at Bridge View, North Esplanade West, Aberdeen.


Role:

  • Develop and manage client demand for recruitment solutions
  • Source, proactively market and retain skilled candidates
  • Understand the market place and the impact of the current market on candidate availability
  • Understand and apply consistent standards, guidelines and best practice
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues
     

Tasks:

  • Daily review of applications, contact and update candidate database accordingly
  • Select, recruit and reference check applicants
  • Regular liaison with clients regarding vacancies and operations
  • Log all client vacancies and logistical activities in database
  • Log all client operations information
  • Brief temporary workers thoroughly prior to all work assignments and issue relevant PPE
  • Ensure all documentation and training is complete and verified prior to assignments
  • Arrange necessary travel and accommodation as required
  • Review and authorise timesheets for temporary worker assignments
  • Review, authorise and identify rechargeable candidate expenses
  • Review and authorise relevant weekly payroll summary
  • Review and authorise purchase invoices and identify rechargeable costs
  • Monitor temporary worker performance and encourage completion of appraisal forms
  • Ensure terminations are processed quickly and efficiently
  • Complete and issue candidate/temporary worker correspondence as required
  • Assist with other duties as required and deputise for colleagues in their absence
  • Conduct on-call duties outwith office hours in line with current rota

Skills:

  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to manage and prioritise time effectively
  • Computer literate – experience of recruitment systems and proficiency with standard Microsoft tools and applications (experience of Adapt recruitment system highly desirable but not essential)
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong work ethic
  • Professionalism

Requirements

  • Some recruitment experience is preferred, but less experience will also be considered based on development potential
