Title: Maintenance & Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance & Operations Manager to work in the Aberdeen office for a long-term/staff position. 

Main Duties:

Focal point to work closely with clients and manage the appointed projects to meet and exceed operational and business objectives. 

Monitoring and Management of projects accounts to ensure profitability in line with annual budget targets.

Supports the strategic planning and business development in line with Business plans for Offshore Projects

Lead by example and monitor the project delivery team, offshore supervision and technicians - ensuring adherence to competency , HSE and quality plans

Ensure all company personnel in project portfolio operate safely and that adequate HSE training is identified, organised and undertaken

Custodian for competence assurance for all personnel on projects
