Title: Responsible Facilities PersonOur Client has a current vacancy for Responsible Facities Person. Candidates Must have the following experience / qualifications: Responsibilities/Role • To Co-ordinate a multi-skilled team consisting of scaffolders, rigger(s), rope access team, fabric maintenance and deck crews. • Liaise with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering/Construction and Drilling Departments on operational planning requirements. • Oversee all deck and crane operations on the Britannia Installation in line with Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations (LOLER) and Britannia Procedures. • Support the FTL in managing the marine logistics operations, liaising with onshore support, Team Marine and where appropriate third party companies involved in vessel sharing and at all times ensuring vessels are worked safely and efficiently. • Fulfil the role of HLO and support the logistics of personnel movements ensuring good utilisation on all flights and support the Facilities Team Leader (FTL) on a day to day basis in the delivery of a quality logistics and supply chain service. • Ensure safe operation of Helideck operations to CAP 437 and Britannia’s Helicopter Operations Procedure and ensure that the Helideck crew are fully trained, certified and carry out regular safety exercise drills. • Ensure that all portable and fixed lifting equipment meets relevant certification criteria and that all documentation is accurate and readily accessible in line with LOLER. • Ensure the installations Rigging Lofts are managed and controlled in line with LOLER. • Responsible for the successful operation of deck and crane operations through the Sparrows Operator/Mechanic & Night Crane Operator and the deck crew, ensuring at all times that best practices are being used, that standards of housekeeping are being maintained throughout the platform and that all relevant maintenance functions are being performed i.e. weekly inspections of bulk hoses, gantry and pedestal crane maintenance routines etc. • Participate in the PSI (Personal Safety Involvement) and STOP programmes and actively encourage all personnel under your remit to conduct PSI and STOP audits. • Actively encourage personnel within your remit in support of Britannia’s Safety, Health and Environmental procedures and initiatives. • Ensure that all required “Task Risk Assessments” are carried out and reviewed on an annual basis and records kept up to date. Qualifications Suitable candidates must have the following qualifications: • Previous offshore experience in a Supervisory capacity
